Richtig lecker und sehr liebes Personal - Edit
Ich hatte die Bärlauchspätzle die waren richtig gut! Hatte auch viel Hunger deswegen ist die Meinung evtl voreingenommen aber es war auch echt süß eingerichtet und der Hinterhof war auch toll. Wir mussten schnell los und sie waren voll flexibel und habens und eingpackt total nett!

Super tolles Konzept, dass alle Gerichte um die Spätzle gedreht werden.

Für die Pesto Spätzle wird Cashew Parmesan als Alternative angeboten.
Insgesamt sind leider ein paar viele Gerichte (vielleicht auch gerade der Winterkarte geschuldet) sehr um Käse herum geplant.
Pros: Super lecker und tolles Konzept, Große Portionen
Cons: Bisschen viel Käsespätzle als Konzept

Read moreI tried the walnut spaetzle, which was very different to what I expected, but pretty good. It was more of a salad with spaetzle topping. But plenty.
They also sell homemade spices in deposit jars.

Super Spätzle, schöner Ort - Edit
Als Schwäbin hab ich mich super gefreut, vegane Spätzle zu finden. Leider gab es kein Bärlauchpesto mehr und dann gab es Erdnusspesto, war erst etwas skeptisch, war aber sehr lecker. Es gibt einen schönen Innenhof, die Prtion ist groß und für eine kleinere Portion bezahlt man 2,50 Euro. Das Tesm wirkt super nett und man kann Reste auch in Pfandgläsern mitnehmen. Und man kann fort Gewürze kaufen. Daumen hoch!

I had the vegan bruschetta spätzle, which were a good choice. The bowl was tasty and the restaurant looks really cute. They even sell their own homemade products. As someone from the Swabian area I was surprised to see a restaurant serving vegan spätzle. However, I didn't feel like I was served a bowl with spätzle, since they were rather small reminding me of knöpfle.

Ein Muss für Spätzlefans - Edit
Leckere Spätzlevarianten, vegan sind die Erdnussspätzle und Spätzle mit Curry. Leider schmeckten die Erdnussspätzle nicht allzu sehr nach Erdnuss, aber trotzdem lecker. Mit viel frischen Kräutern und auf Salat serviert.
