Serves meat, vegan options available. Chain restaurant which has vegetarian and "plant based" offerings on the menus. The crispy tofu bowl is vegan and the fried cauliflower tacos can be made vegan. Also has tofu lettuce wraps (omit the aioli) an Impossible burger (omit the cheese) and a farmer's market salad (omit the cheese.) Do not go here - Edit
I’m serious, the impossible burger doesn’t have any vegan bun, not even the gluten free bun. So you’re paying over $20 for a lettuce wrap. Servers were nice and all, no complaints there, it’s just insanely overpriced for what you can get. Fries are nothing special either.

Great! - Edit
I ate here with a non-veg friend! I love the Crispy Tofu Bowl, which was one of a few vegan options (once the aioli is removed)— my server suggested this over the tofu lettuce wraps as the bowl is more filling. Was very flavorful and I’d order it again, just with double the tofu! I ordered fruit for dessert (which wasn’t on the menu, but most restaurants have fresh fruit), as they don’t have any vegan dessert options
Read moreWas a little bummed that their impossible burger is served on a non-vegan bun, and lots of their vegan options have a non-vegan aioli— both of which would be easy to swap for a vegan version, and wish they had a dessert option other than fruit
Overall I’d come here again and try the lettuce wraps in addition to the crispy tofu bowl if I’m out eating with a non-vegan friend, or have just finished shopping in the galleria (if I don’t get to Cheesecake Factory first!)
Pros: Some vegan options, Flavorful
Cons: Impossible burger’s bun is not vegan, Most veg dishes have an aioli that’s not vegan, No dessert options

Great new restaurant with vegan options - Edit
Went here for my hubby's bday dinner (he is not vegan). They had lots of yummy options. We got the Tofu lettuce wraps (I just didnt have any aioli, not vegan, but it had enough flavor on it's own). Then I got the fried cauliflower tacos (they used a different sauce on it that was vegan - just ask your server to make them vegan). They have other options that are vegan or can be made vegan. Really good spot with a cool atmosphere. More of a dressy place.
