Inexpensive and yummy! - Edit
A restaurant with a very casual atmosphere (probably not the best spot for a romantic date), but with very attentive workers and an overall quite tasty all-you-can eat vegan buffet. Most dishes are excellent, though there were a few that were underwhelming the night I went. May have to go back, even though I only have a couple days in Lisbon, as it is great value and apparently they change the food daily! Highly recommend.

Good value - Edit
It was good value at 10.50 euros for all you can eat, but the flavours weren’t anything to be amazed by. It was filling, easy and staff were helpful.

AYCE is ace - Edit
This is the only vegan restaurant I went to in Portugal which I would consider visiting regularly if it was in London, since in spite of presumably being cost efficient, vegan all you can eat (AYCE) buffets are a rarity in my hometown.
Read moreFor a bargain price you can have your pick of salads, curries and soup. It's a bit more for drinks and desserts but if you can eat all you can for a flat rate why bother? I got a bit of everything and it was all delish so it's a must for a hungry vegan tired of living off the soggy fruit in the bottom of their sangria.
Located fairly centrally in Lisbon this is a welcome diversion from the array of deceased animals which form 95% of the menus here. Strongly recommended.
Pros: All you can eat , 100% vegan , Yummy!
Cons: None

Tasty food, but loud - Edit
We went there during the last week of September, 2018. We paid 10.50 Euros each for the buffet. Drinks were cheap; we paid Euro 1.50 for a small sparkling water and Euro 1.50 for a glass of the house wine. The food was tasty, ranging from vegan meat balls, rice, vegan lasagna, vegan pizza, beans, vegetables, salad, etc. You sit, order drinks, then grab a plate at the buffet and start piling on the food. Since it is all-you-can-eat, you can fill your plate a few times. Although we went there only 20 minutes after opening time in the evening, the place was already packed. Also, the place is very loud (since lots of people are constantly talking and come in groups) and has a cafeteria-type atmosphere. Definitely not the place for a quiet dinner for two. All in all, I would go there again. Staff was good.

Good Tasty Place - Edit
Great food! It really is all you can eat. I especially love the tomato soup! Talk about tasty! The staff was helpful and friendly. They also do not hover and let you eat in peace. That was awesome. They also stay open until 11pm, for those late night munchies. Would def recommend.

Pretty good! - Edit
Really amazingly and lovely waiting staff and excellent value for money (including drinks!). I went with a vegetarian and two meat eaters who were all relatively happy. Was expecting an Indian buffet (my mistake!) so it was a bit of a mish-mash of foods and a little hit and miss! The seitan curry was good, spinach dish was nice, and lasagne was pretty decent but some other dishes were a little bland. BUT - I HIGHLY recommend the dessert!! The cake was so amazing!

Vegan buffet - Edit
A small vegan buffet. It was crowded when we went there in the evening. Not my favorite, since there were mostly "fake animal" dishes with vegan cheese and tofu like lasagna and a dish with vegan "meat" as tofu strips. I prefer more macrobiotic! The salad bar was ok but nothing special.

Amazing if your hungry! - Edit
Instantly warmed to the staff when I arrived, they were helpful and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Because it’s self service, we were eating in a matter of seconds, which was perfect because we were so hungry. The food was delicious on an empty stomach! I can’t eat gluten, and there was GF lentil stew with a choice of brown or white rice, lots of salad and pakoras, and a yogurt style sauce that I was excited about. 👌 The place was simple, lacking in any pretension, (which I personally prefer) so the vibe is what you make it. If you are looking for a fancy night out, this isn’t for you, but if you want filling, cheap, home cooked food with friendly service this place is awesome! The only downside was my food envy, I was jealous because my boyfriend can eat gluten and had so many options! But that wouldn’t make me deduct a star because I loved everything I ate!

Not so good - Edit
I went there once and I didn't like anything on the menu. It was the first time in my life that I didn't refill my plate while being at a buffet. The food was tasteless, despite the great amount of herbs and spices they used. The consistency of the different items was also poor. I would go there again only if I really don't have any other options in the area.

The girl looks like Phoebie from Friends. Many choices. It’s quite good, like going to a canteen. The desserts are not include in the price of the buffet nor the drinks.

Most amazing buffet I’ve had in my life. Cheap, local, super busy ALWAYS though so be warned. We had to wait maybe 2-3 mins for a table and luckily found one. Go for lunch it’s a few euro cheaper. Great service, most amazing food can not fault. Also very similar to the one in alameda !

Delicious buffet - Edit
Great dinner buffet with all dishes being vegan. Friendly and attentive staff. Tried the cheesecake dessert which was so-so, a little too jelly... BUT the mango cookie cake and the mango mousse was out of this world. If you visit Jardim Das Cerejas, the mango desserts are a MUST!

Loved my dinner here at jardim das cervejas! When we went in it was packed but only took 5 minutes to get a table so was super easy. Everything is self serve they bring u drinks which are extra and are very helpful. Everything is vegan and delicious menu changes every day we had an assortment of salad lentil soup and there was a mixture of bean curry / veggie meatballs with coconut sauce / creamed spinach in cauliflower etc with rice and plenty of food to go around everyone. Would highly recommend

Tasty buffet at minimum price! - Edit
This place is terrific since it offers a vegan all-you-can-eat buffet with many items for a ridiculous price (7,5 euros for lunch). The wine is also very cheap and decent. The food is varied and changes every day (at least for hot dishes) and is usually tasty and satisfying. You have various salads, seitan and tofu dishes, Portuguese ones, etc. It can be crowded on Sunday evening but the wait worth it. The staff is friendly and the place is cool. I would come back without a doubt!
