Creative Indian-inspired sandwiches that deliver serious comfort food vibes - Edit
Had a wonderful experience at Inspired Indian! I’ve been using their spice packets at home for a while, so I was excited to finally try their sandwiches in person.
Read moreOrdered the Bombay despite not usually liking beets or tomatoes on sandwiches—and I actually ate them! The sandwich was fantastic. The potato was delicious and the bread had that comforting grilled cheese quality that just hits different. As a vegan, I really crave good comfort sandwiches that aren’t just piles of condiments, and this absolutely delivered on that. The masala chips and slaw on the side were a great bonus too.
Chatted with one of the owners who was super friendly and mentioned they have more vegan options coming soon. The ordering kiosk made it easy to see vegan options clearly. The space itself is cute, though there’s no indoor seating. I ate outside on Noyes and enjoyed watching the world go by—just a block from where I lived 30 years ago, which added a nice nostalgic touch.
