Great vegan chili (and beer) in a great space - Edit
A welcome vibe to Evanston! They clearly label the vegan and vegetarian options. You can sub in vegan chorizo or vegan brat and modify other dishes etc.

3 stars cuz until I see MOAR vegan options.
11/30/25 update. Got the vegan nachos. Was more than solid and the beer still slapped. Options may have changed a little but appreciate they label and are knowledgeable!
