Limited but Good

I have celiac so i was limited to corn tortilla tacos. I added beans, pesto, olives, guacamole, corn salsa, and rice.
The pesto is PERFECTION and i could live off of it.

Good deal

Love Illegal Pete's, way better than Chipotle. Delicious food and better ingredients. Staff is great too. Vegan bowls/burritos have beans but there's no tofu or other veg protein available.

I wasn't a huge fan of the vegan green chile, but burritos and bowls are great!

My favorite thing is the potatoes. It's a little extra but so worth it.

Pros: Guac is a free sub for cheese, Decent pricing and portions

Cons: No vegan main protein

Better version of Chipotle

Very easy to customize and staff was able to help me make vegan choices easily and confidently. A simple build your own concept that is flavorful with some different offerings than the chain. And they have a bar!

Pros: Simple and tasty, Well priced

Cons: No tofu or plant protein option

Awesome food

Enjoyed a burrito from illegal Pete's after a long day of traveling (I am from NY) Very filling, fresh delicious ingredients. I liked that potato is an option for filling. I got every ingredient I could rolled up into that burrito (more bang for my buck) hearty and delicious. The guac in my burrito even stayed fresh and bright green as leftovers the next day. Salsa Verde is flavorful and a little spicy.
They also offer a Verde chili with potatoes I'd love to try next.

Pros: Fresh food, vegan options clearly marked

Cons: Would like to see tofu offered as a protein

Breat Burrito

A great alternative to big national chain. Easy to veganize.

Big Potato Burrito = YUM

If you like burritos, then Illegal Pete's is awesome.

They mix up the ingredients before magically rolling the biggest burritos I have ever seen. Every bite becomes a perfect mix of flavor.

My favorite is the Big Potato burrito with veg green chili. They allow you to request guacamole instead of cheese and sour cream at no charge.

They have tons of vegetarian options and many vegan options as well. There is an allergen chart you can reference.

*Note: The potatoes are not technically vegan since they are fried in the same oil as the fish but I eat them anyway. I've never even seen anyone eating fish there..

Pros: Really really good burritos, Cool atmosphere and staff, Great company
