Excellent panini - Edit
One vegan and two vegetarian sandwiches clearly marked on the menu, and they told us they could substitute ingredients in other sandwiches. Our vegan panini had syndromes tomatoes, zucchini, radicchio, lettuce, and truffle oil. So good!

This place only has one vegan option (which is labeled), but holy cow is it good. The Francesca aka #18 is incredible. Someone else said it here first, but one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. And only 5 euro.

Seriously hits the spot! They have one vegan option on the menu for €5 called the "francesca" it has zuchhini, lettuce, truffle cream, sundried tomatoes and maybe more! It tastes so much better and heartier than it sounds. It's such a treat that I go once a week!

This is easily one of the best sandwiches I’ve eaten. They have it clearly labeled on the menu that the Francesca is vegan and it did not disappoint. They are also able to modify other sandwiches if you ask. The staff is very nice and accommodating. It was great to be able to try a schiacciata sandwich because the famous al’antico vinaio does not have any vegan options. My friends who eat dairy and meat even prefer the sandwiches here over al’antico vinaio. This is a must if you are in Florence. The truffle cream is to die for.

I loved the sandwich I had! There is one vegan option and two vegetarian option. I got the vegan one, it had so much flavour. I wish I discovered this place sooner. The bread was really good quality. Plus it was a good price. Would give it five stars if I could.

There is only one vegan option at the bottom of the list (the Francesca) and one vegetarian. But it is possible to customize your own sandwich. We asked for extra eggplant on ours and it was pretty good. It gets busy fast and there are only a few tables inside.

4 stars just because I wish they had more vegan options, though you can build your own sandwich, so you can play around with other ingredients from non veggie sandwiches. I ate here back in 2020, then went back this year (also because I walked around and there were 0 vegan options in sandwiches shops )
