the bread on this sandwich was incredible, the best bread I’ve ever had! The flavors were absolutely insane in every bite there was the perfect amount of saltiness. great and affordable prices. The Spritz was delicious too! I got the Francesca sandwich and added eggplant. Great place to stop in and grab a sandwich and keep walking through the city. a must try stop!!!

The place serves meat but has two vegetarian and one vegan option available ( vegetarian Beatrice is easily customizable to vegan), which are super tasty. I love the atmosphere of the place and how friendly the staff always is. They offer a very good Tuscan Spritz and often you might be able to find a seat in there, even during the season.

There’s only one vegan option here but it’s delightful, you won’t want anything else. It has truffle cream though, so if that’s not a flavor you enjoy I would skip this place. If you’re a truffle lover like myself, this is worth the pit stop! The staff was super friendly and welcoming. It is a meat shop though, so keep in mind meat will be very much on display.

There’s only one option but it’s one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever eaten and really good value too, only €5 and made up fresh in front of you. Probably the nicest thing I ate in Florence! (very strong truffle taste so maybe not a good choice if you don’t like this flavour)

One vegan and two vegetarian sandwiches clearly marked on the menu, and they told us they could substitute ingredients in other sandwiches. Our vegan panini had syndromes tomatoes, zucchini, radicchio, lettuce, and truffle oil. So good!

Seriously hits the spot! They have one vegan option on the menu for €5 called the "francesca" it has zuchhini, lettuce, truffle cream, sundried tomatoes and maybe more! It tastes so much better and heartier than it sounds. It's such a treat that I go once a week!
