They offer a separate vegan menu with a ton of options. Lots of sushi rolls, ramen, and even a page of desserts! The service was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!!

Have been to this place a couple of times and liked it both times. The place is not all vegan but has great vegan options. They have a separate vegan menu. Service was great both the times. Will definitely go back. #Veganuary

The sushi was amazing, and the tan tan ramen broth was delicious. The ramen noodles were more firm than usual, but some people may actually prefer them al dente like that.

Amazing Sushi & Selection - Edit
Huntington Ramen and Sushi is one of my favorite stops in the area. They offer a vegan menu, and the staff is very knowledgeable about vegan options. Every roll I have tried is excellent, and after the meal, they offer a free vegan matcha ice cream, one of my favorite sweet treats.

I ate the Vegan Crunch sushi roll and it was really good. They have a separate vegan menu (you don’t have to ask for it) with a pretty good selection, and the price is actually pretty inexpensive. Will definitely revisit in the future.

I was afraid I’d set my expectations too high for this restaurant. Nope. Not in the least. A separate vegan menu isn’t a list of 2-3 things you can choose from. It’s a fully bound menu. Specially for you as a vegan. Six pages I think? Yes they serve other foods. My companions were definitely satisfied there as well.

Speaking of the staff? Supremely attentive! We even had the good fortune to come in when they were testing out some new vegan sushi and they gave us a sample.
The food? I was absolutely knocked out by their food! Start with the spicy garlic edamame which is seasoned through the whole bowl, not just on top. Vegan egg rolls were also a hit and both were enjoyed by the omnivores as well.
Then their vegan fried rice appetizer, a delicious spicy dish.
The amount of room I had left went to two crunchy sushi dishes. They were divine.
Things here are wonderfully sauced. There is a generous amount of ginger on your plate.
Then they kindly treated us to a small scoop of their icecream and mine was matcha and just perfect to have to wrap up the meal.
A tiny place, we made reservations. I believe important on a Saturday. Possibly on any day.
I did not have enough room for ramen. I didn’t want to order anything to go since I didn’t want to not be able to try it all fresh. I didn’t try their fancy vegan desserts as I only had room for the matcha scoop
I plan to work my way through their menu monthly!
I would give them five stars if happy cow allowed.

This place is so cool for having a full separate vegan menu with many many options to choose from. There’s a multitude of appetizers, sushi, and vegan ramen. I love getting the spicy garlic edamame every time I come. The ramen is really good and the portions are great for the price. This time I got the butter miso with crispy “chicken” and it was amazing. A great spot for vegans to come, especially if your whole party isn’t vegan. They also usually give you a free scoop of ice cream or appetizer which is so nice.

I think it's unfair to not give a restaurant 5 because they're not exclusively vegan. Otherwise, I would give Huntington Ramen 5 stars.
Read moreOne of my all-time favorite restaurants that I've been going to for years. I was vegetarian for most of my life, and became vegan a few months back. I have always appreciated their separate vegan menu and their extensive options on that menu. My favorite things are the Funky Nathan roll and the vegan Tan Tan ramen.
Great prices and service. I'll be coming here for years to come!

I was excited to try this place because it had a ton of vegan options, but it fell short. We ordered a vegan ramen with ham and a roll. The vegan ramen just tasted salty and the roll had a weird mushy filling that tasted bland. Would not come back. Hoping the chef renovates their vegan menu items to focus on flavor and quality.

Irresistible Ramen! - Edit
If you're on the hunt for vegan Ramen, this is the place! Might look like a hole in the wall, but the full vegan menu will have you amazed. Service was also wonderful. I just wish they had more tea options & more veggie-based sushi rolls. PS we did not get a free dessert.

I didn’t expect to find an entire vegan menu (in addition to the regular one) that had so many options. Several different types of vegan ramen and sushi rolls with all the fixings. They also do crispy rice with “salmon” which is nearly impossible to find vegan.

This place is booooomb! I’ve been looking for a good vegetarian/vegan sushi and ramen place and I’m glad I finally found it! I had the vegan volcano roll and the miso butter with extra thick noodles and it was fantastic. I’ve tried vegan sushi elsewhere and it was overpriced and kinda gross texture and flavor wise, this place is a whole other level 💖
