Missing order and refused to answer phone call

I’ve ordered two mango sago and one was missing, found out when I got back home therefore wanted to call and ask if they could either give me a refund or keep it in tab or sth. But they refused to answer my phone call therefore I’m mad. Not my fault for not checking, you should be ashamed.
