We ordered two chai lattes, but they were filled with so much ice that you could feel the ice all the way at the bottom. Both drinks tasted like water — absolutely no flavor. We asked to exchange them for a matcha tea, but after one sip, it was clear it was just green-tinted water. All three drinks ended up being poured out, and again, the chai lattes were packed to the top with ice.

A friend ordered an egg biscuit, and when they bit into it, the egg inside was green — definitely not the normal color of a cooked egg yolk.
After drinking the chia latte and eating the poppyseed pastry, I actually started to feel sick with stomach pain for over 5 hours. On top of that, the customer service and the attitude of the employees were unbelievable — in the worst way. I’ve had chai tea in India and Japan, and whatever this was, it wasn’t it.
The place looks beautiful inside, but unfortunately, I do not recommend it to anyone.

Owner very nice and accomodating to vegans! This is the second time we've been here and very pleased! We had blueberry scones and sausage biscuits.
