The best pizza - Edit
We went on a Thursday night and it was dead so we got a table. We ordered an Italian pizza and a pear pizza. Both were fantastic. The pear one is a bit weird (creamy and a bit sweet) but delicious once you get over the weirdness. We shared a tiramisu afterwards and it was also superb. I'd come back to Prague just to get pizza from this place.

This place is so creative and unique. I got the pear passion and have never had such a mix of flavors before. The pear, the walnut, the cashew cheese… Writing a detailed review almost feels like a spoiler - you just gotta try it. I love pizza, and this stands out as a really special experience!! I agree with another reviewer’s comparison to Purezza. The tiramisu was also amazing.

Hatte bisher wohl noch nie so eine gute vegane Pizza. Der Käse ist wirklich überragend und auch die verschiedenen Sorten zur Auswahl sind meiner Meinung nach sehr gut zusammengestellt. Leider war meine Pizza nach der Lieferung schon ziemlich kalt aber dann kann ich mir kaum vorstellen wie gut eine heiße frische Pizza sein muss.

Pizzas here are INCREDIBLE - best I’ve had outside the UK by miles. These rival Purezza’s if you’re familiar with them. The tiramisu is out of this world too. Can’t think of a better one I’ve had. This is a MUST visit place if you’re in Prague.

I’ve been vegan for a while so tried a lot of pizzas around the world and I’m so glad I stumbled across this place. I usually like a red base but I tried one with the cream base and the flavours were so unique - really nice to go the extra mile when planning the flavours of each pie!

A weak point in Chutnej franchise - Edit
I expected a lot more from this, since I am a big fan of Chutnej and Krafin, but was let down by everything from the food to the ambient. The fries were the highlight, so you can imagine how I felt. We ordered the Dealbreaker pizza without pineapple. The dough was super nice, but the marinara sauce seemed watery, the cheese tasteless and plant based salami with a not so pleasant mix of spices. The brioche was okay, but too expensive for what you get. The sitting arrangement is not very inviting, but I guess that’s why they’re promoting themselves more as a take out service.

Hot Plants is doing the best vegan pizza in Czech Republic. Ex Chutnej pizza in Prague, Vinohrady. It is mostly done for to go or for ordering but there is also some space to sit down and enjoy it. Prices are amazing and service is super friendly. They are also doing special actions for Veganuary. You can also visit during the day Krafin and have some good bakery sweets, it is the same owner and quality.

This place is quite cozy, seating is limited. Some of the chairs are a bit low and I felt like I sat in a toddler seat. I had a similar experience in a mall as well though, so maybe its a czech thing.

Service was also extremely quick, I would have expected more wait time. It was good, not the best pizza I ever had, but still a very good pizza. You can do no wrong by visiting this place.

I enjoy the pizzas from here and have tried a few different flavours over the years. I only usually order in for delivery and it has been a good few years since I ate one of these pizzas at one of the restaurants.
Read moreMy current personal favourite is the hottie, it has a generous amount of seitan salami and nice heat from the sliced chillies and chilli threads. I like the cheese and generally prefer their pizzas that don't have a tomato base.
My partner usually gets the fun guy. It is generously topped with tasty mushrooms and she also enjoys the cheese sauce. We usually get fries with the pizzas which are fine without being spectacular.
The pizzas have quite a thin base which is mostly great but it does get a bit too floppy in the middle which isn't really for me. I prefer it when I reheat leftovers in the oven the next day as it generally firms up a bit.
Overall, the pizzas here are tasty and there's a good range of flavours. They're not anything spectacular though.
