Nice for non vegans - Edit
It's a beautiful place, people are really nice, but for me it's no place for vegans. There is a great amount of vegan options, but they are not good.
Read moreIt's a pretty expansive place which advertises a vegan cook. But all the vegan food is nearly tasteless. And if you are vegan I'm pretty sure that you are hungry after your dinner... the portions are minimal.

Wir haben das Hotel ausgewählt weil es damit wirbt ein ganz großartiges veganes Angebot zu haben. Angeblich hat das Hotel sogar einen eigenen veganen Koch.
Read moreDavon haben wir vor Ort nichts gemerkt. Am ersten Abend bestand das gebuchte 5-Gänge-Menü aus drei Gängen, wovon der erste ein bisschen grüner Blattsalat mit Essigsauce war.
Am zweiten Abend gab es verbrannte Blaubeerpfannkuchen als Dessert.

Cons: Erstaunlich wenig vegane Optionen, Ungenügende Qualität des veganen Essens

False advertising - Edit
We stayed at this hotel for a week. Their website indicates that they cater for vegans. This was the reason we chose this hotel. It did not turn out so well though. Each evening there would be a great selection of dishes on the menu, only one would be vegan. On top of this, one night that choice was a plate of broccoli, no kidding. I would not go back. The chef does not appear to be trained/ experienced in vegan products. They had tofu and tempeh but didn’t really know what to do with it!

Tolles Restaurant an einem tollen Ort. Viele vegane Optionen und das Essen war sehr lecker und preislich vollkommen in Ordnung. Dazu noch ein netter Service.

Fantastic setting in the Austrian Alps, has 3 meals offered a day with a variety of vegan options for each meal inc desserts. Serves meat but over 90% ingredients for all meals is organic. Lots of vegan options
