Vegan Gem in Granada! - Edit
We very much enjoyed our dinner at Hicuri! The staff was friendly and helpful. We sat outside which was pleasant and enjoyable. We ordered the croquettes, cordon blue of seitan, and cheesecake. All were delicious! If we had been in Granada longer, we likely would have returned to try something else.

Die Auswahl ist wirklich toll und auch mit interessanten Speisen ausgestattet. Die Portionen waren groß genug und die Qualität auch sehr gut.
Die Preisgestaltung ist mehr als Fair. Für 14,50€ ein Menü mit Vorspeise, Hauptgang, Nachspeise und Getränk, im Zeitraum von 13:00 bis 16:00, ist wirklich sehr fair.
Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend, im positiven Sinne.

Beautiful restaurant with great service that turns out high quality food. This place would be perfect for date night. Option for outdoor dining, which comes with an extra 5% service charge. Many of their servers fluently speak both English and Spanish. Menu clearly labels any common allergens, but if you are gluten free, you should definitely walk up the street and eat at El Piano instead, which is a fully gluten free vegan restaurant with a more "elbows on the table" feel to it.

The food was very good and the menu very clear and both in Spanish and English. After the main course the staff seemed to forget we were there tho. Might be a cultural thing too. But after 40 minutes we left without dessert. Still recommend this place highly for the good food tho! And prices are very reasonable too. Sitting inside is quite warm.

Todo lo que probamos estaba delicioso!! Mención especial a las croquetas y al cordon blue, que están de escándalo. Aunque estoy segura que ningún plato decepcionará.
De postre pedimos tarta de queso y me parece de las mejores que he probado. Sin duda tenéis que probarla, las hacen caseras (incluso la mermelada) y se nota.
El sitio además es precioso, muy acogedor, y el personal súper amable y atento.

During our time in Granada, we visited Hicuri twice. Both times, we were glad to have booked in advance, as they were incredibly popular and many people could not get a table.
Read moreOn both visits, we started with croquettes (the starter comes with six croquettes - 3 spinach and 3 shiitake, but you can add more, as we did). On our first visit, we had heura (a chicken-style substitute, made in Barcelona) in a delicious sauce with sliced potatoes, and on our second visit, we opted for beyond burgers with an addition of vegan bacon. Desserts were almond tiramisu and a triple layer chocolate cheesecake.
The welcome was incredibly warm and service excellent and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place - book in advance if you plan a visit.

There are tons of vegan options and I went with something I’d never had: vegan cordon bleu (fried breads sriram stuffed with vegan bacon and cheese). Overall it was quite tasty, but the ingredients didn’t fully harmonize as the seitan seemed to neutralize the lighter flavors. The fried vegetable rice that accompanied it was fantastic.

Comida muy rica, con una carta muy variada. Entre semana sirven menú. Platos muy bien elaborados y generosas cantidades. Las mejores croquetas que he probado nunca! El cordon bleu de seitán increíble y los postres deliciosos también. Comí la hamburguesa y no estaba en absoluto quemada, el bacon y el queso muy buenos y el pan genial.Trato familiar y amable. Estuvimos unos 4 días en Granada y comimos allí 2 días!

Nice lasagna, lots of cheese and BIG slice of cake. Neither should be missed so make room! 😊 I’m one to think raw cakes are sometimes a bit boring - not this one. Plenty decadent without the overpowering sweetness that unfortunately sometimes comes with vegan baking.

Really warm welcome on arrival. Food was really tasty, particularly recommend the croquettes (choose a mix- as both the spinach and mushroom were lovely). The cordeon bleu was VERY good, the sliced potatoes were delicious, like tucking into a side of potato Dauphinoise. Nice vibey spot, easy to get to.
