Best chain of restaurants in Hong Kong! - Edit
If you are staying in Hong Kong and stumble across this place, please read on for this review. Happy Cow is a brilliant app helping to make vegan travel possible, but it’s limitation is that sub par restaurants get high ratings for a range of different reasons. This means that quality restaurants like this can go under the radar.
Read moreYears is a restaurant brand that has a few different branches under different names, like Wakana etc. These restaurants are extremely popular with locals in Hong Kong and are eaten at by many people who are not vegan or vegetarian, because the food is spectacular!
This particular branch only has a few reviews on Happy Cow but should be one of the most highly rated on the app. The quality of the food is outstanding. It’s the sort of place that you could order anything on the menu and it would be incredible. The drinks are also brilliant! Check out the pandan coffee, something we had never tried before but was just amazing!
It is very very popular. You might want to reserve a table or turn up early and expect to wait. We got the last table for 2 just before the lunch rush so we’re very lucky.

Nice staff, friendly service and great healthy vegan food. Everything is vegan! We had the impossible cheeseburger and the tom yum, with the chocolate cake to take away (which was incredible). Get a taxi from city plaza mall and walk round, or use MTR Tai Koo stop

The restaurant is spacious however if going during lunch time you may still have to wait as it is very popular. Good menu (menu also changes often), lots to choose from. Will be coming back to try the other dishes

I've been to a few of their restaurants and I've seen on their IG page that they've opened this new one in Taikoo recently so I wanted to try it.
Read moreI found great food, a good customer service, and a nicely designed restaurant. Some items on the menu are the same across most of their locations (e.g. the Impossible Bolognese), while others are specific to each restaurant.
I will definitely be back and would highly recommend it.
