An all-vegan bakery that uses ingredients from small producers and that has natural fermentation breads made with organic wheat flour. It offers several options of combos for breakfast, for example, combo with toasted bread, cake of the day and coffee. Open Tue-Fri 10:00am-6:30pm, Sat 10:00am-4:00pm. Closed Sun-Mon.

I went there to try the famous pão de queijo but what they served me was bread with frozen cheese inside. It was disgusting, I took one bite and they charged me for it. Even if it's 100%, it doesn't mean that it has good food.

The vegan pão de queijo with cashew cream cheese is an absolute winner and must have. The recipe and execution is absolutely perfect. I want more to eat. The portion sizes are very generous here also and that’s always a plus when the food comes out so good. Homemade for sure and that’s how it could be. Even the cinnamon roll bread uses real cinnamon , and it’s apparent in flavor and not overly sweet. Perfect balance.

Everything I tried was amazing! Since I got to Brazil I needed some "bready" things and this was perfect. I didn't have to worry they don't know what vegan is, or saying a dish is vegan when in fact is not. Totally recommend.

I decided to pop in for a savoury snack and was blown away by flavor and service. I had a ham cheese roll which was the best I've ever had. The workers are friendly and they give a free little cake taster. I bonded with them all instantly and would have loved to try more dishes there. Thank you!

Truly amazing vegan bakery - Edit
I am really impressed by Hera Veggie! The place is small and it was crowded since it was Saturday, but I managed to get a table to sit. The products available change every day and are all super fresh. I wanted to try their pão de queijo with cream cheese but they ran out, so I ordered the normal bread with cream cheese. I also ordered two sweets because I couldn't choose just one. Despite being crowded, my food was served fairly quickly by the super friendly staff. The portions were pretty big, which honestly was unexpected. The slice of cake was massive and quite tasty, though most of it was somewhat plain (but the frosting on top was amazing). The grilled bread was delicious. The quality of the bread was evident, and the cream cheese was really good! Finally, the slice of pie was my favorite treat. The consistency was perfect and the flavors were mind-blowing. I left completely satisfied. It was a lot of food for not that much money. Totally worth it.

Eu adorei os sabores, comi o queijo quente, mas queria o misto e estava congelado o presunto ou peito de peru, opção de bebida achei fraco, o cookie estava bem gostoso, acho que se tivesse opções de meia porção seria interessante para poder experimentar outras coisas, também poderia ter mais opções tipo croissant, vi no Instagram, mas não tinha no salão, enfim. Gostei da experiência, creio que por ser o último dia do ano de funcionamento tiveram algumas faltas.

A Vegan Bakery - Edit
Super interesting vegan bakery. Located in one of the "most vegan streets" in Brazil (Fernando de Albuquerque). Several vegan bread options, I also bought some panettone. The products are good (breads, cakes and panettone), but I think they have the potential to be even better (flavor and seasoning), compared to other places with vegan options and similar prices. I missed the long-fermented breads, as I noticed that the establishment's prices are equivalent to this niche of products. I found the prices very expensive, as everything in this region. It is possible to eat in. The espresso experience there was incredible. There are several specialty coffee labels (scores 87.5 and 88) to take away from the Cerrado Mineiro region. Great service. I'll be back whenever I can.

São bons os produtos (pães, bolos e panetones), mas acho que têm potencial de ser ainda melhores (sabor e tempero), comparando com outros lugares com opções veganas e preços parecidos. Senti falta de pães de longa fermentação, pois notei que os preços do estabelecimento são equivalentes a esse nicho de produtos. Achei os preços elevados, como tudo nesta região. É possível comer no local. A experiência com o café expresso no local foi incrível. Existem vários rótulos de cafés especiais (pontuação 87,5 e 88) pra levar da região do Cerrado Mineiro. Ótimo atendimento. Voltarei sempre que puder.
