All pain after we ate - Edit
After eating the pizza (which was good for what the price was) they carged us 3 times the price the app from which you order from said. After asking why they said the app was wrong. We came back after noticing that if you order online they charged what we said we should have been charged, they started arguing with me saying that i order 3 pizzas (even though they gave us 1) someone with whom i had never interacted while we were eating started saying (through translator app) that it was my fault for ordering 3 pizzas. After a while and alot of arguing through apps someone came and said they made a mistake (the only type of apology we got) and gave us a cancellation for the payment. And still asked us to go and pay for the meal that we got even though we haven't even gotten our moneh back yet

Good pizza but the cashier ruined our experience - Edit
We ordered through their QR code and the total was 90 reais for fries, 2 waters and one big pizza with 3 flavors. Then the cashier charged us 211 reais, so we mentioned to her that their ordering system didn’t show that price and she insisted that it’s not working properly and that what she was charging us was the right price.

I looked for their online menu and I realized that they actually overcharged us. So we had to come back from our hotel just to tell her this AGAIN. We had to use the translation app because she wasn’t understating the problem! She said that WE made a mistake while ordering (even when we had the proof of what we ordered and we showed it to her!) and ordered 3 pizzas even thought they gave us one? And she told us if we wanted the 2 other pizzas we “didn’t get” but we PAYED FOR before we LEFT. Then someone else came to fix it and he said that they made a mistake and they were going to refund us what was overcharged. This was kinda okay for us, but before this solution was given to us, this random lady worker that had nothing to do with this whole situation came to us with the translation app saying “THIS IS YOUR FAULT, YOU ORDERED 3 PIZZAS”. What? That was so uncalled for and really rude. The only one that said SORRY in all this time was the guy that gave us the refund. The cashier was very rude as well. Extremely rude workers for such a nice place, we didn’t want to argue, just to get our money back and they were trying to fight us.

morei por dois anos em sp e quando voltei pra bh senti muita falta do pop vegan. os preços são MARAVILHOSOS e a comida nunca perde a qualidade. já tive alguns problemas com atendimento por lá, mas entendo que existe uma cobrança alta em cima dos funcionários.

Overcrowded on weekends - Edit
The place is big and staff is quite pleasant and ready to help. However on weekends there’s a big queue. I was lucky to spend only 15 minutes, when I was leaving the queue was 2 times more than when I came there. Take that into account. The food was fine, nothing special. Just good lunch with rice options, veggies, protein, desserts.

Havia poucos atendentes, porém o atendimento excelente, todos foram prestativos e ágil, em especial uma moça muito simpática que avisava quando as mesas estavam disponíveis.

Really cool to have a place like this that is completely vegan. Some of the pizzas were pretty good, and there were even desert options. I think the ambience could be a bit warmer though, and so could the pizzas lmao. Some were also a bit toy dry and doughy, tho that wouldn't stop me from coming back if I ever return to SP

I love their concept! An all vegan pizza buffet! Yes please! They're not the best quality though, prepared cheaply and lacking flavour. For 59 Reais I had hoped for a bit more.🥲 But still cool to have tried it out. The sweet ones were better, even Brigadeiro! 😊

Já fui diversas vezes nesse restaurante e acho que ele é obrigatório para quem vai visitar São Paulo. Tem o rodízio de pizza que vale muito a pena. Os hambúrgueres também são muitos boas, mas a batata frita é maravilhosa. Com uma cerveja gelada fica perfeita

Delicious as always!!!! Since our last time here, they now leave all pizzas available so you can just go there and choose, even the sweet ones. I found it more convenient and faster than having the waiter come and serve it.

Incredible pizza buffet! - Edit
This was my first pizza buffet and it did not disappoint! They had so many types of pizza, all full of flavour and delicious toppings. We also ate a burger that sensational - it even had a vegan brioche bun! Myself and my non-vegan husband and were very impressed. It was very affordable and the service was great. Highly recommend!

Visitamos o pop no domingo, sentamos no andar de cima. O gerente barrigudo foi rude em seu atendimento e largou nossa mesa sem anotar o pedido, ou seja, nos deixou falando sozinho.

Desci lá embaixo e reclamei com a moça do caixa que foi muito simpática, ela imediatamente foi no atender com todo carinho e gentileza, depois um rapaz alto levou nossos lanches. Parabéns pelo atendimento de ambos. Mas o gerente péssimo!

Pop vegan além de ser barato R$ 20,00 buffet livre, e refil de bebida R$ 6,00 é delicioso. Além disso conta com sobremesas e mini mercearia (chocolates, panetones e afins.) Ainda não fui no rodízio de pizza, mas acredito que seja maravilhoso e preço e mto bom também.

O buffet "rodízio" tem um preço ótimo de 50 reais por pessoa, mas as pizzas não surpreenderam. Não achamos muito bem feitas. As congeladas da Pop que fizemos em casa estavam melhores que o buffet. Mas vale ir para experimentar.
