Good hotel breakfast - Edit
They have vegan chilaquiles which come with beans, sautéed mushrooms, and avocado. It’s pleasantly spicy and a good breakfast option if you can’t make it to an all vegan place (or if you stay at the hotel which includes breakfast). The avocado toast is also good. The staff understands veganism and can make recommendations. They even have a vegan affogato with either espresso or matcha!
