Amazing crusty tiger rolls - Edit
Blessed bread: these guys had the crispiest, crunchiest crusted tiger rolls I've had with banh mi. Vegan banh mi options were vegetables/fungi: grilled button mushrooms or eggplant. Eggplant banh mi was superbly packed with various fresh, pickled, and aromatic veg but unfortunately let down by the massive slick glob of margarine pasted onto one side of the bread.

Never disappointed with my lunch from here. Their tiger rolls are super crunchy and crisp on the outside and soft inside. Fresh herbs, pickled veg, and succulent fried eggplant fill the banh mi. My other favourites are the rice paper rolls with chickpeas and avocado. They're thicker than most and I never remember that two is enough to fill me up at lunchtime. They also have vegan options for pho, salads, bao, and spring rolls.
