One of my favorite stores - Edit
This is not as big as the one in Sarit but still has a very good selection for vegans! There are always items on sale (even up to 90%) so visiting here and checking things out is always fun ;)

Expensive but the only one - Edit
Healthy U is where I buy my organic lentils and certain stocks and Quinoa, but it is horrendously expensive, for a guest house to buy from them becomes too much to sustain, so occasionally we have to remove certain dishes from the menu in order to keep costs down. But they have the monopoly on these kinds of legumes and pulses so without competition, prices will always be high.
