Food with a view - Edit
Heerlijk in het zonnetje gezeten met uitzicht op zee bij Habana Beach.

Later bestelden we nog een portie zoete aardappel friet - zonder kaas die er normaal op zit - maar in het beslag waarin het gefrituurd was scheen toch kaas te zitten, ook al leek dat de gastvrouw onmogelijk. Onze vegan smaakpapillen echter zijn hier toch heel gevoelig op afgesteld. Bij het afrekenen was er nog een klein misverstand, toen de teruggestuurde zoete aardappelfriet nog wel werd verrekend bovenop de portie normale friet ter vervanging, maar dit werd vriendelijk opgelost.
De koffie was okee maar werd met de meerprijs voor havermelk en decafe bonen toch wel wat duur. Bij een cappuccino werd een keer de koffie vergeten - per ongeluk een babyccino - iets waar wij en de bediening wel om konden lachen.
Zeventig euro voor zijn tweeën - voor een poke bowl, een gedeelde portie friet en twee drankjes per persoon - is aan de hoge kant, maar daartegenover stond ook een professionele service en een relaxte plek om van de zon en de zee te genieten.
Nog iets leuks: onze jarige kat was mee naar het strand en kreeg een lekker hapje van de bediening, super lief!

The menu has some good vegan options, though their labelling is a bit careless (fries with cheese are labelled as vegan, which is clearly wrong). Staff was not very knowledgeable about the menu. The same applies to the kitchen as they offered vegan options, but none of the obvious vegan accompanying items like vegan butter and mayo. So if you order the vegan kroketten on bread, you'll get them served with dairy butter...

We had vegan bitterballen in the evening and they were really good. We returned the next morning for breakfast and that was great too. (Note the pancakes in the picture were vegetarian, not vegan.)

Prima prijs, zeker vergeleken met andere beachclubs. En dan ook nog eens vegan snacks (bitterballen!😍), maar ook andere heerlijke vegan-gerechten.

Really nice location right on the beach. Staff was absent-minded - we ordered the spicy eggplant in the vegan edition and double checked the order, but the dish contained definitely cheese😒Since my boyfriend isn't vegan this wasn't that bad. The sweet potatoe fries were okay, the vegan bitterballen tasty but I recommend taking the snack version since you get more for your money. We wouldn't go there again since the price-performance ratio isn't good from our perspective.

Not a ton of vegan options, but there are a few and they're clearly labelled. They're not the ones mentioned in the description though, so check their menu online if you want to know the current ones. Food was OK, and not too overpriced. "Fresh orange juice" was definately not freshly pressed though.

Best choice for Kijkduin beach - Edit
There are a few vegan options, the ones I tried for lunch and dinner were both tasteful and beautiful. There is 1 vegan cake. Although there are not a lot of options, there is more vegan choice as usual on Kijkduin beach.
