Hi, I'm Jerry! Vegan for 4 years now after being a vegetarian for ages. I'm active in the plantbased hospitality business as a cook and entrepreneur. My mission to inspire people to live a more plantbased lifestyle is through food. Let's call it peaceful activism. A mindblowing plantbased dish says more than a thousand words. As much as I like to cook for others, I love to go outside to discover new vegan dishes and restaurants wherever I am! I am passionate to share my discoveries with the vegan community on HappyCow to empower this movement and make all of our lives easier. My favourite cuisine by far is Asian, especially vegan Japanese and Indonesian food. You can literally wake me up for a good tofu/tempeh dish or ramen noodle soup.
