Vegan labeled onigiri - Edit
They have 3 vegan labeled onigiri which you can get alone or as set. Dengaku is vegan as well. You can eat there or do take out.

Soy meat Onigiri is vegan - Edit
Located very close to Randen Arashiyama Station (they have an amazing hot spring bath for feet ¥250) They clearly mark as “Veg” for 3 Onigiris that are plant-based. Tasty but bit expensive for its size … good of you are hungry vegan traveller before or after bamboo forest!
