Excellent - Edit
Fantastic diner with an excellent vibe and better food.
Read moreI would like to say more vegan options would be nice, but I don't actually care because I'll only get the No Huevos Rancheros anyway. It's a giant plate too so come hungry and be prepared to have leftovers anyway.
Pros: Vegan options marked clearly on the menu, Good portion to price ratio, Friendly staff

I Liked It - Edit
They only have a few vegan options but what they do have is quite good. I like the banana French toast better than the No huevos rancheros or the tofu scramble but those are both good as well. They tend to be kind of busy but the service is friendly and they have good drinks from the bar.

Nice to have breakfast options. - Edit
It’s not often you can find vegan breakfast options. This place has more than one! Even the fact that they had almond milk for my coffee makes my day.

Quality over quantity - Edit
Yes, they've got only 3 vegan options.... I could only eat 1 in a sitting, so was good. The coconut banana French toast was tasty. Wait staff knowledgeable and friendly. Conveniently located with plenty of parking.

Great experience with No Huevos - Edit
Haven't been here in years, and yes its the same 3 vegan items so it wouldn't be my regular stop, that being said the No Huevos was wonderful & very flavorful with lots of fresh herbs & the husband enjoyed the coconut banana french toast. Portions were huge!!! Staff were knowledgeable

Cons: Limit is 3 items, lunch menu limited

Just okay - Edit
They have three vegan breakfast/brunch options and they are okay. The three options have never changed for the three years I have ate there. They have weekly specials but never include a vegan option. There are no lunch options. The staff is very friendly, but not all are cognizant of veganism. You’ll want to double check they bring you vegan butter, etc. Prices are reasonable. It’s a good place to go if you’re looking to appease the meat eaters in your group and you still want to have somewhat of an option yourself.

amazing food - Edit
Once I told the waitress I was vegan, she was super helpful and catered to my requests. The French Toast even came with vegan butter which I was not expecting! It was super yummy and I will totally come back again.

let down - Edit
On our way our of the Lehigh valley we stopped at Griddle 145 for breakfast, which seemed to be the only breakfast place listed. There were tons of cars in the lot, so we thought the place must be good. We ordered the coconut banana french toast and the no huevos rancheros. First, all the condiments (and I would guess the guac too) come in individual packaged containers, this isn't good for the environment. The french toast was a big let down, I have made a coconut and banana french toast at home and it turned out incredible, perhaps my expectations were too high. There was a coating of shredded coconut on the outside of the bread and some banana slices on top, but the bread was basically thick toast. French toast is meant to be soaked in a batter for hours so it can get creamy, this was dry and flavorless. The No Huevos was decent enough, but the guac seemed like it came out of a bag. If we return to the Lehigh valley I would hope they can improve or another breakfast spot pops up.

Breakfast and mimosas - Edit
Ah breakfast, the bane of vegan eating out, but Griddle 145 takes care of that. Always at least three options, coconut french toast and no huevos rancheros being my top two. Friendly staff, clean place and complimentary mimosas for brunch, not too shabby! The lunch menu is a little lack lustre on the vegan end of things, but definitely a yes for breakfast/brunch!

Veg B-fast Options - Edit
I went here for breakfast and tried the no huevos rancheros. The service was very good. The portions are very generous. The guacamole was delicious but the potatoes lacked seasoning. I was also disappointed to see no vegan options on the lunch menu. I would like to go back and try the banana French toast which was another vegan choice.
