Delicious and vegan!! - Edit
I visited it with friends a week ago and I took kids there on Friday. We got tikka masala, saag, roasted eggplant with kale, roti and puri and mango salad. Kids preferred Tikka masala to everything else.😁 Mango salad was meh, puri was quite greasy (understandable, it's deep fried). All the entrees we're delicious. Chai is also awesome. I wish they served erythritol based sweetener.

Excellent vegan Indian food. A welcome addition to the offerings in the Highlands Ranch area. The spice level can be adjusted to taste. Veggies seem to be fresh and tasty. The biryani had nice options either for veggies or tofu.

Fast food, home made taste, clean, fresh ingredients. Friendly staff. I highly recommend it. Menu is flexible to customize to your own choices of sauces and vege's. Dessert and appetizers are very authentic Indian! Spice blends are awesome. Can make the food mild.

The food is fantastic. Our new weekly indian vegan spot. The food is made quickly and the staff is super friendly. An entire menu of options. Apps are tasty, meals are flavorful, and the dessert is not too sweet, just the right taste.

Hi ICM, we are still in our initial phase and we are definitely trying to eliminate as much plastic waste as we can. We are making sure that any plastic we use are recyclable and we have already switched couple containers to paper. We are still researching on further options which match our food's characteristics. Taking over a space of a smashburger, we are facing with some limitations which we are actively researching to solve.
