I went there yesterday for the first time. I won't be returning. They are only doing pickups for online orders right now. I understand during covid, businesses are changing the way they operate. I only wanted to buy 1 item and I could see it from where I was standing. The employee said I couldn't buy it as a walk-in and that I had to order online with a minimum of $20 and it would take about 30 min to get my order ready. She then proceeded to tell me that the product I'm looking for is available down the street at Fresh Fields. I went to Fresh Fields and they told me they've never carried that product. I'm vegan and live not too far from Good Rebel so I was very disappointed that during a global pandemic when businesses are struggling, this business wasn't willing to accommodate my request to give them $ on the spot and in turn referred me to their competitor. I left feeling very perplexed.

The “owner/employee” was really unfriendly. I have shopped and ordered from here a lot.
I was passing through the city and thought that well stores are more open now so let me pop in.
I was met at the door “no hi how are you” just “what is your order number” and she was standing 20feet away I was told “we are staying this way to be safe” and only online orders.
She basically made me feel like I was the bad person here and to get out.
I come from Mississauga and Let me tell you , that was the last time I walk into that store or order anything ever again. Sad really as we are trying to help out the local stores. The good thing is I have found two other places for me to shop now.
