We had the three course dinner at Glas last night and what a treat! The food was out of this world - literally unequal to anything we have had elsewhere. The dining experience was enhanced by the lovely restaurant with fresh flowers, the doting owner, Connor the convivial bartender, the great service of the kitchen staff, and the wonderful, delicious creations of the chef. While a little pricey for typical vegan faire, there was nothing typical about these dishes, which easily could command higher prices and still be considered reasonable. If you are vegan or vegetarian and want the best, head to Glas. And if you are an omnivore, you will be glad you took a risk to try this great place, and I promise you won’t be disappointed. And anyone dining there should splurge for a dessert - they are amazing! Rush to Glas.

How I wish Glas was fully vegan! I appreciate that their now-monthly tasting menu is fully vegan though, so I can enjoy everything on offer. Since our first visit we have enjoyed many phenomenal flavours in different dishes. The cocktails are divine as well. I love the decor. Staff are friendly. It's great to see how popular it is. One can hope that it may in future see the value of becoming fully vegan.

Not the kind of establishment I'd frequent but I was invited and was curious to give it a go. The service was great, as was the interior design. Good comfy seating.

Loved this vegan/vegetarian restaurant. Mostly vegan with a small dairy option. The food was excellent. The flavors sensational. The service and staff superb and the overall experience was satisfying beyond our highest expectations. Everything on the 3 course menu was great but I loved the beans and lentil fritters appetizer, the celeriac schnitzel for entree and the walnut mousse for dessert was all so spot on for the chefs vision to delivery to flavor profile. The textures and savory flavors were such a hit!

Shocked this isn’t on the Michelin list (we ate at a 2 star in Dublin and this is better). From the moment you walk in the door, the staff and the ambiance are welcoming. The food is top notch and exquisite. I had the coconut margarita which was the perfect balance of sweet and tart. We collectively tried 6 items on the menu and had not one negative comment.

Ate here my first night in Ireland and they definitely impressed. The presentation and flavor of the food was impeccable. I ate every last crumb and sauce on my plate . There servers were pleasant and attentive. If you want to treat yourself or on a date you have to make this your stop!

We celebrated our wedding anniversary at Glas while visiting Dublin. The restaurant was really welcoming and had a great vibe to it. The staff were attentive, friendly and helpful. The food - which was the main reason we were there, obviously - was amazing. Such attention to detail with tastes, textures and presentation. We opted for three courses, with each exquisite and flavourful dish explained to us by a member of staff. It was a beautiful evening, highly recommended.

Where do i start? Service, top notch- Malena was so kind and helpful. Most menu items being vegan and everything gluten free is not something I'm used to and it was genuinely hard to choose. I had the sweet potato parfait, schnitzel, apple pie, and an Irish coffee to die for. The people I went with have no dietary restrictions, had zero complaints and couldn't stop raving about their own meals. We left stuffed, happy, and wishing we had something more local (midwest USA) to dine at more often.

Delighted to find a vegetarian/vegan restaurant only a short walk from my hotel whilst on a work trip. What a result! Enjoyed a delicious two course vegan meal with a side of patatas which were amazing. Beautiful setting and lovely staff. A peaceful end to the day.

Went here for a taster menu which was great. Atmosphere in the restaurant is lovely, staff is very welcoming and food is delicious. They use seasonal ingredients & have really amazing food pairings in their plates. Very different to any other vegan restaurant in Ireland. Would definitely recommend!

Relaxed atmosphere with a higher end feel and very high quality end food. Most dishes are vegan and a few are only vegetarian. Great wine too. We tried most the vegan dishes between us a d had 3 courses with 1 side and we were really full. The staff were friendly and helpful. Great for a special occasion
