What a gem! - Edit
We had the three course dinner at Glas last night and what a treat! The food was out of this world - literally unequal to anything we have had elsewhere. The dining experience was enhanced by the lovely restaurant with fresh flowers, the doting owner, Connor the convivial bartender, the great service of the kitchen staff, and the wonderful, delicious creations of the chef. While a little pricey for typical vegan faire, there was nothing typical about these dishes, which easily could command higher prices and still be considered reasonable. If you are vegan or vegetarian and want the best, head to Glas. And if you are an omnivore, you will be glad you took a risk to try this great place, and I promise you won’t be disappointed. And anyone dining there should splurge for a dessert - they are amazing! Rush to Glas.

Good vegan options - Edit
Good service and nice atmosphere. The food was good overall, some of the combinations did not work well together but that may be personal choice. Either way would highly recommend to give it a try as good vegan options.

Flavours didn’t work for me - Edit
I booked and was looking forward to this restaurant. I’m not sure how often the menu changes but it was different to the one I saw outside. Not everything is vegan. But I was annoyed by the reliance on cheese
Read moreI opted for a 3 course meal. Although I wasn’t keen on the idea of coffee mayo, I opted for the leek and onion terrine with the coffee mayo. The terrine was nice, not a fan of the mayo or the fennel.
Next was the miso parsnip. The first few bites were nice but after that it got a bit boring.
I ordered the gourse and sourdough pudding. I was really looking forward to the rhubarb but it was only ok. And the dill cream ruined it. It was either that or tarragon crème brûlée which I thought sounded awful.
Anyway who decides these flavours work? They certainly didn’t for me. Nice restaurant and service was ok but I really wouldn’t recommend for the food.

A fun night out - Edit
My partner and I came here for our anniversary, and the night was amazing, though they did seem a little uncoordinated. I had the miso parsnip risotto, and it was delicious, but I did get made with crunchy, undercooked rice the first time. The host immediately took it back and had it remade for me, though, and comped our desserts for it. There was also a few issues with dish timing, where my partner got his dish way before I got mine.

Unforgettable dining experience - Edit
We couldn't have been more excited to be dining at this amazing restaurant, which has been recognized by the prestigious Michelin Guide. The colorful and creative plant-based dishes are simply delicious, and we're blown away by the use of seasonal vegetables and locally sourced produce. The vibrant and plant-filled space creates the perfect atmosphere for a truly unforgettable dining experience. And to top it off, Glas offers an impressive selection of vegan wines! If you're looking for a vegetarian or vegan restaurant that has it all, Glas is the place to be!

Very good. Lots of vegan options. - Edit
My wife and I had a really good meal here. The prix fixe menu was mostly vegan, so there were many choices. It’s an upscale place, with a comfortable atmosphere and a busy vibe. The food and the service was great.

We went for a lunch there to celebrate our anniversary. Food was delicious and nicely presented. I love the fact that they showcase fresh seasonal vegetables and don’t rely on meat substitutes as so many vegan restaurants do. We would definitely come back!

Gourmet but overpriced - Edit
I mean, I paid €38 for a starter and a main and was still not full, and that's usually not my case even after just one dish. It looks fancy and all and it's truly a gourmet restaurant, but both the dishes felt like side dishes and tasted like 'just vegetables' prepared in different ways. I feel like something was missing.

Fine dining, meat-free - Edit
Had a really nice meal with friends, there. The atmosphere is very cosy and it felt like we were alone despite the fact that the restaurant was almost full. There were five diverse options for each of the three courses on offer, all vegetarian, or vegan. Three of the starters were vegan, as were four of the main course options, and two of the deserts. Our table of six tried three of the starters, four of the mains, and two of the deserts, and all were either good or great.

Nice flavours - Edit
I had three courses, and they all had nice flavours. Unfortunately, the menu lack vegan protein, so I left feeling full, but not 100% satisfied. The lentil terrine was a bit too acidy for my taste, but I've noticed a lot of food is in Ireland.

Classy dining experience - Edit
It’s a beautiful place to have an elegant dining experience. Did I wish was all vegan? Of course, but nevertheless I did enjoy my vegan dishes a lot. Most vegan restaurants are very casual and I wanted more elegant dinner and Glas delivered. There are 50/50 vegan and vegetarian options. I really enjoy the combination of flavors. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Great sit down real restaurant. - Edit
Often eating vegan seems like a cafe. This is more of a dining experience. Full bar, nicer than most places. Very nouvelle cuisine sizing. Always as a 2-3 corse prix fix. Lentil loaf was very good. We like all our dishes. They fully explain each dish.

Vegans avoid this one - Edit
Overpriced food. Pretentious in terms of how they create the food and the appearance of the restaurant. They also completely miss out taste and quality. They also miss out carbs. Food felt mostly slimey and oily. Three course meal and we got home hungry. Not cool.
