A exciting find

This was such a great find on our trip to Tivoli. We’d been underwhelmed by the gardens - smaller than expected, organ fountain not as described. It was a hot day with lots of walking and we looked for a gelateria with at least the usual vegan offerings of chocou, lemon, mixed berry etc. However, when we asked, he started listing off lemon and lavender, pear, rum, and something else, saffron and something, and loads of others I can’t remember. When we showed our surprise he said he was a chef. He was obviously so passionate about his creations and really chuffed with how happy we were. It’s so nice to support people making beautiful things with love. I highly recommend you search it out.
