Vegan calzones - Edit
Tried this Pugliese street food spot and was pleasantly surprised to find several vegan calzones on the menu. We ordered three out of the four options: Agricolo, Leccese, and Boscaiolo. The Agricolo was the standout—stuffed with stewed chicory greens, sun-dried tomatoes, and a drizzle of EVOO. The other two were filled almost entirely with runny vegan cheese and had very little in the way of veggies. Portions were generous, and the prices were surprisingly low. Great for a quick on the go bite.

Good dough, filling without too much flavor (I ordered one with porcini cream, mushrooms and vegan cheese), and a little oily for my taste, given that the dough is fried and the cheese is probably coconut oil-based

Plenty of options (freshly made) in center of Lecce (old city) - Edit
Everything is freshly made, lots of vegetarian and vegan options. They had vegan scamorza (type of cheese) and they have vegan mozzarella.
