Jenny and Fransica are tops !! - Edit
Full Bloom is a nice unpretentious greenery laden Vegan restaurant which is lately the best!
Read moreI particularly am happy to encounter Top hostess -"Jenny" , who is a sincerely warm welcoming person who cares about you as a customer / diner ! And "Fransica" makes sure you are pleased with the selection of Vegan fare - AND doesn't rush you ! She'll explain each dish if needed. And, the food was great, much better than a few years ago, probably bc of change of chefs. The breaded Califlower is exquisitely delicious and so are the "soft, but crispy" Yuca fries. Maine dishes vary as you can ask for the special too.

Delicious perfected vegan food - Edit
5/5 for all categories! Loved the location, aesthetic, vibes, staff, and most importantly the food! Some of the fluffiest perfect vegan pancakes I’ve ever had, flavorful steak fajita/tacos, ceviche was so fresh! Will be back very soon to try more.

The food was well prepared and delicious as expected. The desserts were really good, especially recommend the lava cake! The staff was super friendly as well, with plenty of recommendations. Would give 6 stars if we could!

Buena comida, porción ínfima. - Edit
Fui porque tenia buena evaluación y por ser completamente vegano, siempre priorizo eso. Pedí los breakfast tacos, que estaban buenos, no increíbles, pero la porción es demasiado pequeña para el precio. Lamentablemente no volvería.

Outdoor seating and yummy food - Edit
We celebrated my daughter’s 10th birthday here. While the food was really good, the portions for the price was a little expensive. A kid’s beyond burger and 3 yuca fries was $18. I ordered the empanadas and they were delicious but I only got 2 for $15. The ravioli was good. We got the lava cake and it was delicious. They came out and sang to my daughter so that was sweet!

Awesome home-cooked dishes with Latin flair - Edit
Coming from New York, we have high standards for vegan restaurants, and still, Full Bloom fully blew us away. It was so good we went two nights in a row. We try to keep to healthier options, so on our first visit, we started with the raw banh mi (technically an entree, but we had it as our appetizer). It was fresh and highly flavorful; great if you want a lighter option. Next, we had the meatloaf. This was our favorite dish; we’ve never had anything like it. It is topped with a red wine-based glaze with tons of flavor, and we loved the crisp pan-seared edges. It was accompanied by two generous sides: mac and cheese and chickpeas. An epic and satisfying dish. We also had the spaghetti lentil bolognese. Tasty and hearty. On our second visit, we started with the house classic causa encevichada, a Peruvian potato and avocado-based mash with tons of flavor. Next, we had the winter salad which was great and packed with antioxidants. For our entrees, we considered getting a double order of the epic meatloaf but ultimately got one meatloaf and one order of Mongolian beef. We were very impressed with the homemade seitan; it was succulent and tender and very well seasoned. We delved into the dessert menu to try the chocolate ganache pie which was a delicious way to end the meal. We were pleased to find that they serve Brewing Life local kombucha, which paired perfectly with every dish. Honorable mention goes to the manager who was extremely hospitable, knowledgeable, and professional. We wish we had a place like this closer to home with generous portions of amazing wholesome vegan food made from scratch with love.

Meh - Edit
I wish I had read the reviews saying that the chef had left before eating here tonight. The Mongolian beef seitan was bland and rubbery with over cooked and under seasoned vegetables (waitress recommendation), the mushroom ravioli were so overcooked they were falling apart and swimming in butter. The bbq mushroom skewer app was…fine.

Decent Food - Too Pricey - Great Service - Edit
The food was very good, but not excellent. I ordered the Empanda and the Mongolian Beef. The Mongolian Beef was made with seitan, which was decent, just not great. I also thought it had more seitan than it needed to have. The empanada was small and not really anything special,
Read moreThe service was excellent. The staff was proud to be vegan and very good with answering questions abut the food. The vibe was good. It offered only outdoor seating. It is a little fancy, but we were dressed casually and that was fine.
My husband order the Pok Belly noodles. He also felt that the food was very good, but not excellent. It was perhaps the most expensive meal I've ever eaten. I did not think it was worth the price.
Pros: Excellent service, Nice ambiance, Vegan restaurant with good food
Cons: Seemed overpriced

The vegan food here was sublime and simply bursts onto your tastebuds as you savor every bite.
Read moreFrom the host at the door to every one of the great service staff you feel like you’re being welcomed home. Staff are knowledgeable efficient and friendly. Service with a smile which has you coming back for more.
The mushroom dishes seem to be a house specialty, but believe me everything tastes great. (Very few now available)
Cocktails & drinks menu were a super extra added to complete the meal
If you have room vegan desserts 🍮 are yummy 🤤 (no longer true)
The ambiance is inviting casual and warm. You could spend hours here
Advisable to place a reservation beforehand because it gets really busy for dinner
Chef Rojas will have you coming back time and time again
Really enjoyed the whole experience
Pet friendly (Phoebe got a big bowl of water soon as we were seated and a lot of love)
2025 UPDATE. they lost chef Rojas and unfortunately they’re food is mainly mediocre now and as some people pointed out in the comments highly overpriced for what they serve Food is only in the okay range now and I downgraded them to 3 stars sadly

The best restaurant - Edit
Since coming here by accident a few years back, we have literally planned vacations around visiting. While the menu changes, I have been particularly fond of their creations from not-over processed ingredients (mushroom penne and lions mane steak remain my favorite vegan dishes of all time.) accommodating for kids and families too!

Far too expensive - Edit
The mushroom flatbread was really good. The ravioli tasted great, but the portion is just too small for the price. The seitan in the Mongolian beef was not great. It was under seasoned and too soft. But then the cheesecake was really tasty.

Very disappointing! - Edit
We were very excited to have dinner at Full Bloom based on the online recommendations. But the food was so disappointing. The Mongolian beef had no flavor and the meatloaf tasted like mush. I’ve eaten at many vegetarian restaurants. This restaurant was terrible. I’m really surprised by the positive reviews. I was very excited to have a vegan meal in Miami. But this restaurant left me very disappointed. #Veganuary

Overpriced, not gourmet, not hot - Edit
Would have happily paid the prices listed if you walk away feeling amazed or satisfied. We were only amazed at the audacity of charging for luke warm tiny portions that weren’t even that fancy. Listing burgers and meatloaf as gourmet is a huge stretch.
Read moreThe ravioli was served at room temperature, and the Mongolia ‘beef’ was served with dry rice and overcooked lions mane mushroom. A shame for being some of the only food that sounded like it might actually meet the gourmet title.
The staff were absolutely lovely and very accommodating, keeping our waters topped up and hot water for the baby, very engaging and funny.
The only negative there being one guy cleared two of our plates while the third was still eating which just seems really unprofessional. Then cleared the final plate before the food had even been swallowed.

Mixed emotions - Edit
When something is labeled fine dining and gourmet I expect well balanced dishes, quality ingredients and not too large portions.
Read moreAppetizers, the lion's mane skewers and the ceviche. Skewers were nice. Ceviche was too large, like a main, and fridge cold.
Mains, the ravioli and the fried black rice. Ravioli was very thick I know it's not Italy... Black rice was way too salty, drenched in chinese soy sauce.
Just call it a vegan restaurant, serve your beyond burger and we won't expect a culinary experience.
Pros: Vegan
Cons: Service was lacking, Food was lacking some flavors or texture
