What a little gem! We had the saffron and the vanilla ice cream and the Persian Love Cake. Both were absolutely delicious. (Best ice cream ever) The hot food looked luscious but we didn’t have time to stop longer. We will next time for sure.

With a varying daily menu of fantastic Vegan food and drinks,Francesca's is definitely worth a visit, my personal favourites are Beetroot smoothies and Ashwagandha lattes,but have look for yourself for a healthy option Great food prepared and served by great people.

What a lovely little place this is. Super- friendly welcome, great food and good prices. I opted for the moussaka to take out which came with two chunks of different bread and salad leaves. It was so delicious, rich and filling. I also had the apricot frangipane tart, oh my goodness it was amazing, so light with a crispy base. My partner warmed his up in the oven when we got home and said that it was probably even better. Can't recommend highly enough and will definitely go again, though we were just on holiday so might be a while ☹️ They just need to expand into next door so that they can have more tables as there is only one, but as it was a sunny day it didn't matter - I just ate it on the benches around the corner with sea views 😊

Lovely little place with four seats and lots of character. It was early as we were on the way to the cricket at Scarborough so I just had a delicious potato and courgette bake served with some healthy greens and sour dough bread with olive oil. I did have my eyes on the moussaka as it looked amazing but opted for something that was already out and ready to go. A most enjoyable visit.

Had an amazing visit to Francesca’s, where me and my Dad both had the Indian breakfast which was incredible and I highly recommend! I also had a strawberry & dragonfruit smoothie and my Dad had the Heart-beet super smoothie. Both were so tasty! We also bought 2 slices of cake to take away which were also amazing! I love how at Francesca’s the food is so full of flavour and things we have never seen or tried before. The owners were lovely and made us feel very welcome. I highly recommend visiting!

Popped in for breakfast the morning after a gig at the beautiful Open Air Theatre and boy oh boy it was a true delight. We both opted for the full breakfast which consisted of some beautifully cooked elements. We also had a smoothie each - hubby went for a creamy peanut butter one, I opted for a fresh green number and they were just the ticket for a dose of goodness alongside our brekkies.
Read moreThe menu here is small but perfectly formed. In the cabinet was a couple of delicious looking salad options and there are a couple of cakes/sweet treats to choose from. Prices are very reasonable for the quality - I wish I lived closer! :-)

Me & my partner happened across this little, quaint eatery when visiting for Fortress Festival ~ the absolutely scrummiest food I’ve had for so long!! We were both seriously impressed, even the salad was more-ish. I wish we had more time to try the whole menu! A mix of hot foods & cold, smoothies & cakes, you really couldn’t ask for more. We took a slice of cake & biscotti home and I wish I’d gotten more!

Read moreThe cafe is real small but we managed to get on it’s only table. The menu is also small but that often means that the plates are delivered to perfection. I went for the Indian breakfast which was full of flavour and presented with detail. Couldn’t resist trying the saffron ice cream also which was incredible, one of the highlights of the year!

What this cafe lacks in size it certainly makes up for in heart and flavours. We reserved the only table the day before and each ordered an Indian breakfast and a chocolate, chia and rice pudding for our young son.
Read moreThe breakfast was freshly prepared and consisted of spiced scrambled tofu, courgettes, avocado, potatoes, tomatoes, toast and bacon with sauce, and was absolutely delicious. I particularly enjoyed the tofu and the bacon. Even the tomatoes were great! The chocolate rice pudding was super tasty too (my son didn't finish it.. so I did).
We also shared a fantastic peanut butter smoothie, which was so good we bought another.
The owner is so friendly and I will definitely visit again.

Quite a small place, and there was only one woman working there when we went but the food was brilliant, best soup I’ve ever had served with some delicious sourdough toast and there was an Indian breakfast, quiches, waffles and fruit smoothies. It was really friendly and quality fresh food. The only thing was with no written menu the prices seemed a little improvised and there was only one table, but overall brilliant!

Empty when we went in, so snapped up the only table. Greeted by the very pleasant and friendly owner. She had just two options that day but it didn't matter, because what we chose, a kind of multi ingredient salad, was superb, very filling, and decent value for money. Hope and pray this place thrives.

Stumbled across this little place, just one table for 4 but luckily it was free. Small menu, 4 mains on the window but only 2 available at 1pm, we all chose the breakfast wrap which was lovely, 2 had smoothies and 2 had freshly squeezed orange, we all enjoyed it, even the 2 meat eaters.
