Awesome breakfast spot!

Had the avocado toast (specify vegan) with mushrooms and it was excellent! Also got an iced matcha with the house made almond milk…it was ok, I’d probably try the oat milk next time. Sat outside on the patio and it was lovely. Great little spot with friendly staff. Would absolutely return.

Pros: Easy parking , Yummy food , Friendly staff
