Peanut Noods!! - Edit
There’s only seating for 4 at this hole-in-the-wall Chinatown noodle shop, but it’s definitely worth a visit. As I type, I’m chowing down on the Peanut Noods, a very simple but heavenly dish of broad rice noodles smothered in a delectable peanut sauce that packs just the right amount of heat. I’m also enjoying the vegan carrot dumplings which are a little mushy but still tasty. I will definitely come back.

Little takeout place with a few seats to dine in. They have plenty of labelled vegan options. I got the Taiwan sliced noodles and the mushroom soup dumplings. Both were good, especially the dumplings.

Menu is clearly labeled with what is vegan. Full section for vegan dim sum items and two noodle dish options. I got the Taiwan sliced noodles and the sesame balls w/ ube and they were both delicious.

They have been open for the last few weeks that I have passed by it. Perhaps your visit was on an off day? They still have the vegan dim sum posted just as you walk in. Note to folks with soy allergies - they use soy sauce/soy in all their vegan dim sum offerings as per their employee last week.

It’s so rare to find vegan soup dumplings let alone truffle flavored so this place was a real treat. A little expensive for the area though.
