Read moreThese folks have talent. My girlfriend lived in France for several years but this was the best of a French sandwich she’d ever had, right here at Ethique.
Friendly, remarkable array of various sweets and absolutely delicious tofu sandwich. Watermelon slushie sooooo refreshing. Every single thing just GOLD standard.
Everyone would become vegan if they tried the foods here.

Definitely recommend coming if on Asian side of Istanbul. Many vegan dessert options. This is one of those can't miss places if you are a vegan in Istanbul.

Gourmet Bakery Top Notch 😋 & Expensive - Edit
This is one of the high end bakeries featuring a wide range of baked goods. I tried a few cakes and croissants, interesting texture and flavour, definitely a bit different than other vegan pastries I had. Prices are on the expensive side so just to be mindful about this. Great place for a date or chiling with friends.

Delicious breakfast and lunch. High quality ingredients, high level of food offer and very nice place. I spent several hours working here and the overall experience was great. I appreciated the attention to details. There is also a terrace. I was staying in Kadikoy and had to take a bus to get here, but it was 100% worth it!

Great staff and great food. We ordered the tiramisu, hazelnut brownie brioche and the pain au chocolat. Everything was great, but my favorite was the hazelnut brownie brioche. Only downside is that the location seems far away from everything, but that can be our fault as we didnt research the area much before we went. Very easy accessible with bus.

I took a taxi 40 minutes here, and I would do it again! I had a croissant sandwhich and also got some sweets to take home. Everything was amazing. I plan to order delivery to my hotel the day of departure to take home to my partner, and this was arranged with Ethique via WhatsApp.

I visited Ethique plant-based a while ago when I visited Istanbul. I was following them on social media and saw that they were doing great work and I visited them eventually. They have amazing-looking croissants so I tried the chocolate version and also had some macarons as take-away. They also serve different tea mixes which I also liked. Everything I ate here tasted and looked great. I will definitely visit it again. I strongly recommend to everyone.
