No actual vegan options - Edit
They have porridge and a smoothie, that’s about it. You have to get the avocado toast with gluten free bread or the breakfast without eggs, which seems ridiculous to pay full price for. Decent coffee though

Right in the center of town, and super convenient if you're coming in by bus or train, Esquires is wonderful! Their staff is kind and helpful, and I loved my smoothie, coffee, and full vegan breakfast. They have several options for us. I wish I could go back!

Yummy vegan full Irish - Edit
The full veggie with no egg was a delicious filling option. The fact that they open at 0730 was also a perk as not many other places are open at that time for breakfast in Galway.
