Wir waren das ersten Mal im Ensõ. Die Karte ist übersichtlich und bietet klar als vegan deklarierte Optionen, wie zB zwei verschiedene Ramen Varianten und vegane Gyoza. Auf der Karte sind auch Bao Buns als vegan deklariert, leider aber doch nicht vegan, wie uns bei der Bestellung mitgeteilt wurde. Das wäre aber auch der einzige Kritikpunkt, denn geschmeckt haben sowohl die Gyoza, als auch die Ramen sehr, sehr gut. Als Getränk gab es zB ein Matcha-Erdbeere-Latte mit Hafermilch.

Good Ramen - Edit
I had the creamy vegan ramen and it was very good. I especially liked the grilled mushroom and the crispy pumpkin in it. The only negative thing to say is that except Edamame they have no vegan side dishes which is a bit sad because it would be easy to realize (there are some marked as veggy but the waitress told me that they are only vegetarian).

They had quite a few vegan options. I had the creamy vegan ramen, which was really good - I would have liked a few more toppings though. As a starter we shared the tofu gyoza, which were absolutely incredible. The location right by the river was super nice. Would definitely go there again.

Had no idea that we would find the best food of our trip at a ramen restaurant that was not previously added to Happy Cow.
Read moreHaving eaten ramen many times in Japan I can confidently recommend both vegan ramen bowls. They were seriously delicious with great attention to detail.
