Cosy vibes - Edit
This place has a really cool, cosy vibe and the staff were super friendly. I had the tacos which were very good and a bit of a different take on your everyday taco! Fresh ingredients and great flavour.

We just went for a hot chocolate and a cake and we ended up really satisfied. We took the black forest cake, which is one of the best cakes I´ve tried, and the portion was also quite big for 3,5 if I remember well and the hot chocolate was standard.

Hidden gem in Friedrichshain! - Edit
This is such a good find, hands down the best burger I had while I was in Berlin! Really lovely, cosy vibe inside a cool food and bar industrial space. Not far from Urban Spree and a few minutes from the Warschauer U S station. Definitely recommend going there, amazing vegan food!

Wasn’t expecting for there to be such a limited menu, but I guess I didn’t do enough personal research before going. The food was good but a little pricey, so I have the feeling I could have gone to another vegan place in Berlin that I would have liked better. It’s in a really cool part of town though!

Read moreThe menu was overseeable, which gave me a good impression from the get-go. When our order (a piece of the Leek and Tofu Quiche and the Winter Tomato Risotto) arrived, I wasn't disappointed. The food was beautifully arranged and absolutely scrumptious!
Additionally, the prices were really affordable. Double thumbs up and a big fat recommendation from me!

It is located in the middle of an interesting area of underground culture. There are not very many menu options which was a bit disappointing since my friend doesn't like beans or spicy food and that's mostly what they have. I really liked the bean burger though.

Worth finding. Friendly and helpful staff. All the food we had was good. Delicious desserts as well. After ordering we had to wait a while for the food, but it was worth the wait.

I chase vegan food around the world and EmmaPea is a superstar in a city filled with amazing vegan food. The food is so good I dreamt about it afterward. This was the only restaurant I visited twice during my most recent 2-week stay. Planning another trip to Berlin just to eat here again!

The cheesus quesadilla was creamy and delicious and a perfect cruelty free replica of a non vegan cheese quesadilla. The beast burger was excellent even though black bean burgers are not my favorite. Their chocolate peanut butter cookies were also delicious if you like peanut butter cookies.
Read moreHowever, the best part of this establishment was the staff (which is saying a lot given their breathtakingly delicious menu items). They were closing up just as we were coming in and accomofated us as well as they could with good humor. Even the other patrons were extremely friendly and offered up half of their table.
The ambiance was grungy and retro with a backdrop of live music and an alternative crowd. Perfect for young people and those looking for a friendly and refreshing change of scenery.

Although the place is a little hard to find, it is definitely worth it. I had a burger with sweet potatoes and it was yummy. The place was really cozy and nice.

The staff were super kind, the food was amazing, and the restaurant itself was so nice, relaxing and friendly 😀
Would definitely visit again next time I'm in Berlin!
Also be sure to grab a peanut cookie on your way out, you won't regret it (unless you're allergic to nuts, then you probably will...) 🍪

Absolutely wonderful, juicy bean burger, followed by the ultimate crunchy sweet potato fries. The unique mayo sauces are really something. Yum! Great staff!
