It was almost SO GOOD I hope they read this - Edit
We got to try this at the Denver VegFest and we were so excited. They had sushi and there were maybe 6-8 choices to order from.
Read moreThe first thing was that they didn’t have anything premade. If this were real fish, I’d get it, but it was a walk-up festival in a veritable fishbowl and they knew what they’d be up against personal-wise. We waited almost a half hour for two rolls. I wish they’d pre-made them. It would’ve made a lot more sense.
Then, we got the rolls, and they were DOUSED in the vegan mayo. So much so that it nearly ruined the rolls. And for the mango roll, it didn’t complement it at all. (It WAS impressive how much the vegan mayo tasted like Hellman’s, btw.) We were so glad to try it and I’d try them again, but I think they need quality consistency/control on the sushi rolls, and should find a way to be better prepared for festivals.

We ordered the spring rolls and Thai tea. The tea was alright to me since I don't like really sweet drinks, but my Vegan lady friend said it didn't have the flavor of Thai tea. The spring rolls were good and served screaming hot. Element was at Everywhere Vegan pop-up
