Best Vegan Place in Puebla !!! - Edit
Oh my god! This hidden gem is amazing! I’ve gone to Puebla many, many times and I’m so glad to have finally found this restaurant. Blink and you’ll miss it. No signs, no advertising just great food at ridiculous prices.
Read moreMy advise ... order one of every taco and see which ones you like best to order more of. Seriously, they are about 12 pesos each (less than a US dollar). Limited seating inside it can accommodate about 12-15 people max.
Service is amazing and the food is great. All they serve are tacos !!! The menu (taco choices) changes weekly (with the exception of a few core tacos) and it’s always 100% vegan. Vegetables and food products are grown locally or purchased from natural and trusted sources. 100 NON- GMO!
The owner is on site and is a great guy. One owner and one cook. Great service! The story behind the restaurant is so interesting . I won’t spoil it but be sure to ask and he’ll gladly tell you.
I recommend this place 1,000 times over !!!!!!!!

We had an unfortunate experience at this place - the water was made with low quality commercial stroud right in front of you (not good for your body!) The tacos al pastor we’re flavourless and some of the tortillas were cold. Wouldn’t recommend

Yes the tacos are soy but it’s worth it for the treat that is actually getting to eat seemingly normal tacos in Mexico! All options are vegan and absolutely delicious. The owner, Enrique is quite possibly the sweetest man I’ve ever encountered, he excitedly offers you samples of the fillings. The food is fast & delicious, 13 peses a taco. Highly recommend making the trip if in/aroun Puebla.

Awesome Tacos! We tried them ALL! - Edit
We had a choice of six different types of taco fillings - we tried one of each and then ordered more of our favourites! (Honestly, it was difficult to narrow them down because they were all fantastic!) Very friendly service and they offer free flavoured water (maracuyá - reall good!). Quick, satisfying, delicious! We hope to go back if we have the time :)

This tiny place is well worth tracking down. Enrique & Hector were such welcoming hosts and Enrique makes a mean taco! There was a choice of about 8 fillings, and the 4 I had were all so good! I wish I had time to go back!

Read moreMake sure to hear the story of the owner and idea behind the place, he is the nicest person ands speaks English. (spoiler: there is no vegan signage on purpose. Local people come here for tacos and they may even not know there is no meat).

When I went there, they had several bowls with taco fillings to choose from; I tried three and all were just delicious! So far the best tacos I had :)
Read moreI also tried some sort of fried rolled up taco (??) which was also really good. Afterwards I couldn't resist and had a piece of super soft and moist chocolate cake - yumm!
The people there were extremely nice and didn't mind speaking English with me.
Location is appr 15min walk from zocalo.
5/5 stars, fully recommended!

Delicious vegan taco place. The food here is just amazing. Everything is very tasty and fresh. You can choose between different fillings for each taco you eat. The pastries are delicious as well. The place is close to the center. The owner is a very interesting person who knows a lot about vegan food and ecology. And the staff is super friendly. We definitely recommend eating there. And we will return :) gracias

Comida deliciosa, los tacos de pastor y de nopales me encantaron, lugar muy bonito, con un ambiente muy familiar y agradable, el pastel de chocolate es delicioso, buenísimo. Puedes acumular "puntos" en una tarjeta para que la 11va visita sea gratis!

They are extremely welcoming and I stayed for ages: ate a lot of very good food (including the vegan chocolate cake) which comes at a low price and had a long conversation in English. Lovely food, lovely people. Worth the walk from the historic center.

Es un sitio pequeño pero acogedor. Las chicas que atienden son muy amables y el trato es cordial y amigable. La comida es barata y sabrosa. Mis favoritos fueron los tacos de "crema" y papa y los de pastor. El pastel de chocolate estaba muy rico.
