Nice restaurant, not great food - Edit
I mean, if you’ve gotta go, in a pinch you can order beans, guacamole and chips, but it’s nothing I’d go out of my way for.

Great vegan options - Edit
Went to dinner for Father's day and let the server know I was vegan. She had some amazing suggestions and let me know that both red and green chile are vegan. I ordered a whole bean burrito smothered in red with extra garnish and fresh guacamole! It was amazing!

Friendly staff, not many vegan options - Edit
I was going to get the veg burrito w/ out cheese. The server asked the chef if it would be vegan, but told me the tortillas had lard (? Because it said vegetarian) so I got a salad with calabacitas and guac. Food was very good and server was patient and friendly with all the questions haha

Not vegan friendly and staff is not knowledgeable at all. Much better service and knowledge at many other New Mexican restaurants.

Green or Red Chile - Edit
For a taste of New Mexico, try El Pinto, whose red and green chile and salsas are legend!! I love the pinto beans on corn tortillas smoothered in green chile. You can choose mild, medium, or hot! There's a special vegan & gluten-free menu, ask for it. Sit inside or out -- great atmosphere in both places!
