Originally founded in York in 1997, El Piano specializes in vegan and gluten-free tapas and meals. Find choices like couscous, ensalada, baked tofu, fritters, vegan burger patties, pincho de tortilla, and others. Dishes vary from day to day and is displayed in the glass deli case. Very Solid Vegan Experience - Edit
The food was solid and hearty, and mostly flavourful… except for some items. The Dal was VERY bland and uninspiring.

I enjoyed the zucchini soup, the croquetas and the chili, which they made extra spicey for me. I had the FreDamm alcohol free and gluten free beer. It was excellent.
My wife had the quiche, dal and lentils. All were good and hearty, except the Dal.
The location is out of the way and not much to look at.
The staff are very friendly, fun and helpful.

The food was delicious! I have been missing out on good vegan food constantly on my trip and I’m so happy I found this restaurant. Staff was very sweet and great at letting me know which items had mushrooms. I got their cookbooks too, they’re in both Spanish and English. What a gem of a place!

A great place for lunch - we visited twice, and enjoyed stir-fried veg and noodles, with vegan meatballs in a tomato-based sauce. We also tried a rice dish - not sure of the name.
Read moreOur first visit was mid-afternoon, and we had the place to ourselves, but on our second visit, we during the busy lunchtime rush - the person working that day did an incredible job of serving and preparing the food!

You have the option to chose half plates, which creates a tapas-style dinner. Granted, this will cost you more, but I recommend it, they have so many amazing dishes.

Después de probar varias opciones en la ciudad, definitivamente este fue el restaurante que menos nos gustó. Comida poco elaborada y de gustos repetitivos. La comida está expuesta en grandes bandejas en una vitrina en la entrada del local, donde hay la opción de take away. Te sirven el plato de ahí, lo calientan y a la mesa. Tengo que admitir que el personal fue muy amable. Quizás a otras personas les guste, pero definitivamente, no es el tipo de comida vegana que nos gusta.

We felt really lucky to find this wonderful place in Granada. We went there every day for lunch after we discovered it. They had many options every day and since it was all vegan and gluten-free it was easy to find things that we loved. I must also add that the service was excellent and super friendly and helpful

Read moreThere was a great atmosphere with someone playing the piano and lots of large groups enjoying the great food. We had the Spanish omelette with meatballs, falafel with salad and hummus and the mixed fried plate. All really delicious and I could eat the Spanish omelette every day 🤤 We would definitely go back and I think it’s worth the money even if it is a little bit more expensive. I will leave enough room for desert next time

We tried it because it was Sunday and a lot of restaurants were closed. It was not good. I wasn’t really expecting much going in, but somehow it still disappointed. I should have known from seeing that the food is sitting in a cold case, but I gave it a try anyway. We tried the tomato rice, meatballs, pumpkin curry, fried sweet corn, and fried carrot. The rice and meatballs were ok, but everything else was pretty bad.

La comida es sencilla pero está rica. Lo que le veo de malo es que los precios son algo altos para la calidad y tamaño de los platos. Por el mismo precio puedes comer platos más elaborados y sabrosos en restaurantes veganos de los alrededores. El personal es simpático y amable!
