More impossible meat please

We loved the Brussels sprouts. The Edgar salad with no cheese was tasty and a large portion . But was disappointed in the pasta bake with the impossible burger bolognese as it was hardly any meat and the portion was way too small. The same entree at Trulocks in Austin is much better with more meat and a larger portion. Also the server didn’t know the difference between the symbol on the menu for vegan and vegetarian. We had to figure it out ourselves.

Pros: Brussels sprouts, Edgar salad

Cons: The bolognese , Lack of knowledge of server
