Such a nice place, very friendly too!! They have really big portions so great value for money. Had a chat with the owner and she explained the process of how some of the dishes are cooked - like the Pho. Very delicious food and the juice's were so refreshing as well.

Best Vietnamese Vegan in Melbourne! - Edit
Easy Vegan has the best pho ever! The entire menu is delicious and there is so much care in balancing the flavours and making the food absolutely delicious! We are regulars and love having catch-ups with Chloe who looks after all the customers. Highly recommend checking it out!

Delicious and affordable - Edit
I live off Victoria St and anticipated this opening a few weeks ago. Went up for lunch and ordered the BBQ fried rice. So flavourful, I really enjoyed it and will come back with my partner. There are lots of vegan mock meats listed but don’t let that deter you. The way they used them in the dish I chose really complimented it and didn’t overwhelm it.
Read moreAlso for people not known to this part of Richmond, there are some fellow humans that are amongst the low socioeconomic cohort. Some noisy humans tend to hang around The Hive and right near the tram stop at the intersection. There is lots of good food on Victoria St, and you can park below Aldi and walk over.
