Both our dishes were superb and bursting with flavour and I can't wait to return and sample more of the menu.

This place has it all! I had a fresh juice and avocado on toast for breakfast and it tasted so clean. I did my the balsamic glaze, but I’ll let them off that. Service was great, staff friendly. Try it out

First of all , loved that the cafe is in a real community, not just in the town centre . Gives it a homely, welcoming feel and local people more choice . Having recently gone from veggie to vegan, it's hard to find good quality , whole and healthy, imaginative food when eating out so when we hear of somewhere we travel ! Took a trip from Teesside and was well worth it . Food was everything we hoped for and service pleasant , friendly and pretty quick . Thanks for being there , we'll be back. Wish you'd open one on Teesside though !

We went here for lunch and the food was gorgeous. The food is made with whole ingredients and is so tasty and filling. We also had one of the Biscoff cakes to take away and they were delicious 😋

Such an abundance of fresh produce on display as we walked in! The food was made from scratch with tasty, healthy ingredients. Inspiring. I loved the cold press juices, too. We would return regularly if we lived nearby.

Very nice place to have some vegan food. Good for breakfast lunch dinner , smoothies and juices are to die for. Staff super friendly, you can just sit there whole day.

This all vegan cafe offers around 10 options (maybe a few more) and the 2 we tried were delicious. I had a mungbean omelette; it was huge and full of roast vegetables and I really enjoyed it! My sister had momo dumplings in a spicy broth. I also tried a fresh juice which was really refreshing and nice and cold. It’s all uphill out of the city centre but it’s a popular place and was worth the walk!

Read moreI don’t know whether it was the combination of being very hungry and a bit chilly from the cold weather but the Nepali curry was -hands down- the best thing I’ve ever eaten. Perfect levels of spice. Flavourful and filling. It made me very happy😄
Parking was a bit awkward due to it being match day at St James Park but there is some free parking nearby if you time it right. Paid parking available too.
Very friendly staff and it has a lovely community vibe. Plenty of posters advertising yoga/meditation classes etc.
Will definitely be back!😄

A walk in the park - Edit
Apart from the delicious food and happy vibes, earthlings is only 5 mins walk from the lovely Leazes Park so we took a tree-filled park stroll from the city centre and then ate at earthlings. OH had stuffed courgette with fried potatoes and bean salad and I had banana / peanut butter on the quite awesome red lentil bread (which is worth a post of its own). Shanti Seed Juice freshly pressed was v hydrating. We also has beetroot latte and a CBD Latte. All in all a lovely time and delicious food. A real community feel, lots of books too if you just want some peace.

We had two lovely things. An açai bowl which my 6 year old described as “tropical, lovely, fresh”. I had a cacao bowl which was also really good. The staff were friendly and the cafe was a nice calm, soothing environment

I ordered a smoothie bowl with a cacao latte, and oh my, I enjoyed them so much! My friend ordered the panini, which came with guacamole and red onions. She also ordered the tropical smoothie and a milk, I don't remember which kind, because they had a few options to choose from. Overall, it was a good experience, and the shop itself was comfortable to be seated in.

The food and drink at Earthlings is great, their bean based wraps and quesadillas are tasty and well thought out. All the meals come with nice pickles and sauces. The staff here are friendly and helpful too.

I've been to Earthlings a few times now since it opened, and I can honestly say that the food has never failed to be delicious. Beautifully presented and served with a smile and a friendly chat, this is a quiet haven from the bustle of town.
