Really good vegan Ramen - Edit
Omni Ramen place with a limited vegan selection, but the quality is excellent. We had the Vegan Shoyu Ramen. As typical for a Shoyu Ramen, it's a clear and rather delicate broth, but it came with lots of flavor, very chewy noodles and an interesting Yuzu twist. The tofu was really nice and unusual. You can add additional toppings for extra charge - my partner got an egg on top, but there were also some vegan options. The whole place has a very Japanese vibe and very friendly service. We'll definitely be back.
