Simple menu, fantastic tasting! - Edit
This place has a very simple, traditional menu with vegan option being only cold buckwheat noodle soup (with a spicy variation) and a pancake. I love Korean cold noodles soup but I’m disgusted when they use the anchovie based broth frequently here. Luckily, this place is safe for vegans. All menu items but one are vegetarian and you just have to tell them to take off the egg to make it vegan. The soup was amazing! I loved adding the strong sharp soybean paste and mustard to compliment the chilly slippery noodles. The crunchy vegetables gave a satisfying crunch with each bite. The pancake was pretty solid but I definitely think the soup is the star of the show. They gave me some flower soju which was interesting and fun. The place felt very authentic too so you get a true Korean experience when you go here. Very friendly service and solid prices! I highly recommend it if you’re in the area! It’s tricky to find, you have to go down a small alleyway and it can be tricky if you don’t speak Korean.

5 stars - Edit
i love this place. i’ve come here at least 3-4 times by myself. simple korean food that is perfect for a hot day (or not!). the broth is amazing on its own but paired with all the seasonings (vinegar, mustard, bibimjang) as well it gets elevated and you can customize it how you please.
Read morethe pancake is amazing as well.

Generous portions and quick service - Edit
The signage for this place is not very clear, so use Naver to navigate. I got the mul makguksu without any egg (I showed them the vegan card from HappyCow to explain what I can’t eat). The pickled radish (pink) and the broth were delicious and the portion was huge. I added some of the hot sauce (I believe it’s horseradish?) provided on the table, which was way spicier than I expected. Note that the updated price for both types of makguksu (mul and bibim) is 9,500 KRW (July 2024). Service was friendly and quick. They only have a few tables. There is free wifi and they take credit card.

Refreshing - Edit
After travelling all over Busan in search of some delicious (savoury) food, I really enjoyed this place! The food was fresh and tasty - I inhaled the noodle soup which was nicely balanced (hence no photo) and the vegetable pancake which was nice. Would definitely eat here again!

Pink radish pickle is vegan, the other green kimchi is not vegan, there is fish inside.

Same prize 9000 won. How amazing isn’t it?

It’s delicious. 6000won

One of the best in Busan - Edit
Really delicious restaurant which seems popular with locals (when I went it was fairly busy). The staff were very happy and attentive - the menu only has five items so it is easy to choose - for vegans your options are the cold noddles (minus the egg, and the pancake).
