Son Of A Beach, It’s Good

Ridiculous as it may sound given that I live in a desert country, I loathe sand. This dune, however, is one that I could abide; if only all were like this incredible eatery.
Clad in a wall of gold that is evocative of its titular sandbanks, this elegant and stylish restaurant has so many things to recommend it, not least its wonderfully polite and attentive staff, though it was of course the food that truly captivated.
Thanks to my insatiable appetite for breakfast buffets, I have been fortunate enough to experience some exquisite spreads. The downside to this unending quest is that, nowadays, it does take something special to seriously impress, so believe me when I say that this place is leaps and bounds beyond the norm. Offering a plethora of tried and tested classics, alongside a raft of unique dishes, it was nigh impossible for me to contain my excitement.
It wasn’t just the breadth of items that were available that inspired such effusive praise; it was also the outstanding quality. From the insanely moreish onion pakora to the sinfully addictive fried dough, and from the delicate vegetable dumplings to the incredible sesame balls, there was nothing that I could find fault with and plenty that I could revel in. Even the most rudimentary of items, like the sambar, were executed in such a way that they had me going back for seconds (and thirds).
Easily making it into the upper realms of my rankings, I have little doubt that I will be back here again, and I have no reservations in recommending that you seek it out as well.
