Very Vegan Flexible - Edit
Several dishes can be made vegan—the menu even offers them as such.

All so very good! Flori says it comes with teriyaki sauce but it was soy sauce. Still great, though a tad greasy. The Bruschetta was fab. The Busiata was what I’ve been wanting for two weeks but hadn’t found vegan! It was worth the wait!
Cantania is a bit dodgy and decor is not lush, but the food was good and the staff very nice.
Pros: Clear Vegan options!, Nice, helpful staff, Good food, certo!
Cons: Hope they can take it all up a notch; they deserve, Neighborhood?

Lots of options that could be made vegan. I had the pistachio pasta made vegan and had to check it definitely didn’t have dairy in because it tasted so good. They confirmed all the ingredients with the kitchen for me and confirmed it was vegan.

The restaurant caters well to vegans, I had bruschetta and the pistachio busiata. Staff are friendly and knowledgable about allergies.

The menu in website is old and not relevant.
It's no vegan options in menu, only vegeterian: that means just removing meat from dish on the menu.
I was offered to choose dish from the menu and revome ingridients from there. But what remains of the dish: only pasta and/or vegetables...
The chef want to help me and cooked fried potatoes with fried bread and vegetables in tariaki sause. Very pleasant and kind person!
The only dessert is lemon sorbet.
Pros: Chef's attitude, his desire to help
Cons: There was no air conditioning, No vegan dishes or options on the menu
