One of the best Chinese options

It is rare to find authentic Chinese vegan options that uses seitan instead of tofu. Of course there are tofu choices! There are quite a handful of vegan choices but make sure to tell the waiter that you are vegetarian or vegan.

Pros: Variety of choice, Tasty, Good price
